OneShot; RPG_RT.exe needed?

Hi! I am currently using EasyRPG Player on my phone, and so far I’ve played 2 games and completed them fully. Yet, I did the same thing I did for those two with OneShot and is asking me for the RPG_RT.exe which is included yet not manageable in my phone (as in activating it through files), is there any other way I can play it without/with the RPG_RT.exe?

Compatibility List

Yumu Nikki Completable, Minor Sound bugs. Oneshot Not Supported, broken if hacked, game controls the runtime externally (fork avalible). The fork for OneShot was moved to a new site.

Note: the fork is unsupported and there is no Android build for it, and it may be broken or still unplayable with it.
