The game was running just fine up until I entered a room where there’s a giant Elsen with eyes that follow you across the room. As soon as I enter that room, the whole game freezes. I can’t move, I can’t open the menu, I can’t quit the game. The only thing I can do is close the tab. I can move to other rooms and play the other save files just fine, but I can’t go into that room without it freezing. Can anyone help me? I really want to finish this game. ---

Hey. Could you provide a savegame close to the location and upload it here so we can check this? Filename is “SaveXX.lsd” where XX is the number of the save slot. Thanks. ---

I don’t know how to provide a savegame or upload it, but the number of the save slot is 4. ---

I’m having the exact same issue actually. I was going to send my save file to help but I don’t know how either. Were you playing on the browser version instead of using the app? ---

I was on the browser version. I liked playing on the browser because I thought that it was the most convenient for me to switch tabs whenever I got distracted. ---

A fix is actually underway and will be applied for the next version of the Player. Until that, you can play the game on this [url](https://easyrpg.org/play/pr3059/?game=off), your save should still be there and you should be able to get past this room. The issue was that the game was entering in an endless loop trying to fetch assets due to how the map was setup, more details [here](https://github.com/EasyRPG/Player/issues/3058). ---

The browser version still does this after being fixed, and the temporary URL now leads to a 404 error. Has this ever been fixed or was it forgotten about? ---

Hi, this has been fixed in the latest 0.8.1 version, so the [EasyRPG web player running OFF](https://easyrpg.org/play/?game=off) is fixed as expected. You can load a savegame by pressing shift in the “load game” line then pressing shift again in the empty slot to import a savegame.
