# RPG\_RT.edb not loaded?

Hey folks!
I’ve edited my RPG\_RT.edb, but it does not seem to be used at all. I am attempting to localize our game into several other languages, and we have some Common Events that use Show Text.
I assume it’s loading the .ldb instead of the .edb. What would cause this, or am I missing something?

The file must be called EASY\_RT.edb.
Btw we recommend as the final step to convert the file back to RPG\_RT.ldb before publishing because our XML format is not stable and we don’t guarantee that it works across different releases.
