# \[SOLVED\] EasyRPGPlayer 3DS Freezing and not opening a simple game I made on RPG Maker 2003, but working with other games

I downloaded YumeNikki and am able to play it on my 3DS through the player (it crashes every now and then but its mostly fine), however whenever I try to open a project I made it freezes up.

This same project is able to be played perfectly on my PS Vita (also with EasyRPGPlayer). Does anyone know why this could be? My files look like this

Its just a little test game with nothing fancy, so I don’t understand why its able to run YumeNikki but not my little thing. I’ve been trying to learn RPGMaker2003 because I’d like to make something for my 3DS so I really want it to work!

Have you tried extracting the files instead of using the lzh archive?

Ideally it should work from archive, this might be a bug with the lhasa library we use.

there are some mysterious bugs in the archive code. Some games also crash on the Wii when in a ZIP but run after extraction. Not reproducible anywhere else 😕
