Bug report: Volume reset

Player x64 windows version.
When certain sfx play in the game player volume resets to default.

I usually lower game volume with windows volume mixer since rpg maker games are often too loud. This bug causes volume to reset to system default.

There’s a known issue when using native MIDI since Windows Vista, making all volume changes on MIDI playback affect OS volume settings. Microsoft never fixed this issue, and a proper solution is on the way, by adding a new portable MIDI synthesizer which adds custom soundfont loading support.
