Can't play Oneshot on EasyRPG?

I have tried several times to play this title on EasyRPG.
However, the game manages to run but when I click “Start” it won’t let me play and this message appears.
“Use the RPG_RT.exe provided with the Oneshot download!”
This file appears in the game folder, so I’m lost.
Any solution?
