The game was running just fine up until I entered a room where there’s a giant Elsen with eyes that follow you across the room. As soon as I enter that room, the whole game freezes. I can’t move, I can’t open the menu, I can’t quit the game. The only thing I can do is close the tab. I can move to other rooms and play the other save files just fine, but I can’t go into that room without it freezing. Can anyone help me? I really want to finish this game.

I don’t know how to provide a savegame or upload it, but the number of the save slot is 4.
I’m having the exact same issue actually. I was going to send my save file to help but I don’t know how either. Were you playing on the browser version instead of using the app?
I was on the browser version. I liked playing on the browser because I thought that it was the most convenient for me to switch tabs whenever I got distracted.

I hope they find a fix for this soon, I too am having the same problem.
A fix is actually underway and will be applied for the next version of the Player. Until that, you can play the game on this url, your save should still be there and you should be able to get past this room. The issue was that the game was entering in an endless loop trying to fetch assets due to how the map was setup, more details here.
