You must install the RTP.
- Download RTP 2000 and 2003 from here:
https://www.rpgmakerweb.com/download/additional/run-time-packages - Rename the downloaded files from “.exe” to “.7z”
- Install ZArchiver https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.zdevs.zarchiver&hl=de
- Extract the 7z files with ZArchiver into /easyrpg/rtp/2000 and /easyrpg/rtp/2003
