My cousin just started witch’s heart but she realised she can’t use shift button
when she uses shift, character does not run, character starts to walk to opposite way
how can we fix it?

i have the same problem and i have a samsung android 12
Currently, the most likely issue regarding buttons is related to resolution game modes making some buttons failing to work due how coordinates get handled. Check this thread for further details. Depending on your system, changing some optimizations intended for battery by using smallest resolution automatically could help with your issue:
