Hi there! Recently, I have been having problems with Yume 2kki on my Android. I used to be able to access the save folder every time I added a new version of the game, but ever since the app updated, and yume 2kki’s version 0.126 arrived, I was unable to transfer my old save data to the new copy, since there was no save folder available for that version found on my phone. I am not sure if this is just happening to me, but if anyone know what I can do to fix this, that would really help!
Hello. The save location depends on whether the game launches from a ZIP archive or is extracted:
When its a ZIP archive you find the saves in “Save/ZIP_NAME/…”
When the game is extracted you can find the saves directly in the game directory (the one with all the MapXXXX.lmu in it)
That explains everything! I can try to compress it into a ZIP file, and see if it works. Thank you so much!
okay. If it doesn’t work for you: The compression must be set to “Deflate”. The options “Deflate64”, “LZMA”, etc. are not supported.
I hope our code supports archives > 2 GB because Yume2kki is almost at 3 GB and we never tested with such gigantic archives
I tried to compress it, and the app just would not read it. I’m not sure if my phone does a certain form of compression, but it won’t read the ZIP file. It does read the extracted folder, so I will have to try to add the save.lsd file there.
I tried putting the save files directly into the game directory and it worked! My save is restored, thank you so much!
